企业如何提升员工的忠诚度摘 要企业员工忠诚度是评价企业人力资源管理水平的重要指标之一。提升员工忠诚度,是每一个企业必须要面对的问题,是每一个企业管理者都需要思考的问题。当前企业员工忠诚度普遍偏低,企业管理者要分析企业员工忠诚度偏低的原因,并对存在问题的原因进行深入剖析,从而能够有针对性地制定提升企业员工忠诚度的对策,为提升员工忠诚度做出相应改变。本文主要立足于人力资源管理理论、企业文化理论等理论知识,对企业员工忠诚度的涵义和指标进行分析,为企业管理者提升员工忠诚度提供一定的参考和借鉴。关键词:企业;员工;忠诚度How to Improve Employees'LoyaltyAbstractEmployee loyalty is one of the important indicators to evaluate the level of human resource management in enterprises.
