中国企业海外投资的风险及对策研究摘要：当今时代是经济全球化的时代，任何企业都无法做到如同闭门造车般的自主经营而不主动融入这个全球经济共同发展的环境中。也正因如此，我国许多企业也纷纷走出国们，选择在海外地区进行投资生产，以期能够获得更加可观的经营利润。然而，值得注意的是，这种投资虽然有可能为中国企业带来极为可观的利润，但与此同时也会面临着来自不同方面的风险，由此也有可能令企业遭受巨大的经济损失，甚至有可能阻碍企业在海外的进一步发展。有鉴于此，本文决定以广东省的企业的海外投资状况为例，分析探讨其所面临的种种风险，并在此基础上提出相应的对策建议，以期能够为海外企业的投资发展提供有益的参考。关键词：中国企业、海外投资、对策Abstract: Today's era is the era of economic globalization, any enterprise can not do as self-employed as a self-employed and not actively into the global economic development environment.
