浅谈寿险公司团队管理摘要团队管理是一门艺术,团队是由两个或者两个以上的人组成,通过人们彼此之间的相互影响,相互作用,在行为上有共同法律规范的一种介于组织与个人之间的一种组织形态。中国寿险业自复业以来,呈现超高速进展态势,随着时间的推移,这支庞大的队伍也出现了很多问题。本文从寿险公司团队管理的角度,根据我国寿险公司的组织结构及销售团队的实际情况,对目前我国寿险公司销售团队存在的问题做了详细分析,从团队管理、寿险销售、团队管理瓶颈与突破、团队组织文化建设以及团队的进展前景的角度,提出了相应的解决办法,阐释如何从一些操作的具体层面使销售团队的管理更接近理想模式,对销售团队实施有效管理,使寿险公司团队管理更加完善。关键词:团队管理 寿险 瓶颈与突破 销售团队 Abstract The team management is a kind of art.The team is composed of two or more people.Through interaction between people,the team develops into an organization form that has common norm in the action and is between among organizations and individuals.China life insurance industry presents a high—speed developing picture since its resumption, meanwhile a lot of problems emerge with the time going on.From the angle of team management of life insurance companies.
