摘要:文章先阐述了“以人为本”在酒店管理中的意义,其次针对酒店管理中“以人为本”管理上存在的问题,从薪酬制度、用人机制、授权、培训、与员工的沟通等方面提出了酒店管理强化“以人为本”的对策,并浅谈了怎样将“以人为本”贯彻到酒店的人性化管理中,最后展示了“以人为本”的管理理念在酒店管理中的进展趋势

At first, it presents the meaning of this concept in the hotel management
Second , the concept of “people—oriented" management still exist some problems, which we can not neglect, such as paying system, employing mechanism , authorization, training, communication with its staff
So I put forward some measures on these problems and talk about how to apply the concept of “people—oriented” into hotel management
