论文题目:电梯 PLC 控制系统设计摘 要电梯是现代高层建筑的必备交通工具。随着人们对电梯性能及乘坐舒适度要求的提高,其早期继电器控制模式已不能满足要求,并逐渐被 PLC 控制所取代.论文将可编程序控制器 OMRON C60P 型 PLC 应用于四层电梯的控制.针对设计要求,在论文中完成了 CPU 的选型,I/O 地址的分配,及 PLC 对电梯控制的软件编程;针对电梯的负载特性实现了用 PLC 对电机进行了启、停控制;尤其考虑了电梯可能出现的故障及其解决方案,最后通过模拟实验验证了设计工作。模拟实验表明:本次设计满足了设计任务书中的各项要求,取得了满意的效果。关键词:电梯,PLC 控制,变频器 ,安全ABSTRACTThe elevator is the indispensable means of transportation of the modern skyscraper. As people’s requirement of elevator performance and taking comfort improving , Its control mode is replaced by PLC control with the simple Relay control。The programmable controller of OMRON C60P— PLC was used to the control of four—story elevator in this thesis. For the design requirements, in the selection choose of the CPU is completed , I / O address is assigned, and designed the PLC on the elevator control software programming. Think about the characteristics of the elevator, achieved the motor using PLC start, and stop designing. In the process of design, we consider elevator failures that may occur and solutions , Finally , the simulation proved the design work.
