水箱水位控制设计 电气安全课程设计院 、 部： 安全与环境工程学院 学生姓名： 蒋从银、蒋敏、汪贵、 杨 敏、冯鹏欣 指导老师： 刘爱群 职称： 副教授 专 业： 安全工程 班 级： 安本 1103 班 完成时间： 2024 年 12 月 摘 要 本设计通过自动化检测仪器对特定的水箱液位进行全自动控制，以实现当水箱没水时，水位控制器能够自动控制水泵抽水，当抽水满时能够自动控制水泵停止抽水;当水源缺水或没水时，自动控制水泵停止工作，防止水泵空转导致烧毁。并且通过内置水位感应仪器实时 LED 显示水箱内水位情况,然后根据系统接线情况对线路进行安全防护，以达到该系统能够在现实情况下正常运行。 关键词：水箱、水位控制器;水泵;安全防护；LED 显示ABSTRACTThis design through an automated testing instrument for specific water level automatic control, in order to realize when there is no water tank ， water level controller can automatically control the pump pumping ， when pumped full can automatically control the pump stopped pumping; When the water source of water or no water， automatic control water pump stop working, and prevent the idle running result in burning.
