当前房地产业发展困境及对策分析—以北京为例 摘 要最近几年，房地产企业快速增长，已经成为人们生活中必不可少的事物。房地产业不仅仅已经成为我国经济发展的重要支撑点，而且随着人民消费能力的提高，导致了房价增速较快，使人们对其的争论声增加。我国目前实现经济持续增长的还是融资、增加人民消费和对国外出口货物，房地产对我国的经济增长具有很价格很高问题等都是十分紧迫的。本文对房地产发展阶段出现的问题进行剖析，以北京市为例，探索房地产业的困境与对策。在以后的很长一段时间里房地产行业仍然会对我国的经济增长占位首要地位，国家也因为房地产所带来的巨大经济利益取得了很大的发展，我国相关政策对房地产的发展在目前状况下仍是鼓励的态度，这也在很大程度上刺激了房地产的快速发展。由于我国目前经济制度还不是很完善、房地产制度还不够完整等因素的限制和影响，房地产经济逐渐走入泡沫时代，以北京市来研究当前房地产业面对的困境，根据政府颁布的调控措施来研究分析对策以及房子的需求问题，并以此提出具有帮助性的意见。关键词：房地产经济；政府调控；健康运行；供需矛盾；北京市AbstractIn recent years, the rapid growth of real estate enterprises, has become an indispensable thing in people's lives.
