、题目：大型综合性医院业财融合路径研究、摘要在新医改的形势下，医院运营管理面临着巨大的挑战，工业与金融的融合将挑战转化为机遇，这是未来医院财务管理的新发展方向。本文分析了医院实施产业金融一体化的必要性，揭示了目前医院实施产业金融一体化所面临的一些问题。对于以上问题，根据前人的研究以及本人的探索，一对一的提出了每个问题的具体解决方案，以及通过行业金融一体化，为大型公立医院的精细化管理提供指导建议。让医院建立跟企业类似的财务管理体制，可以提高医院的工作效率，实现医院的工作目标，使得医院能够健康发展。关键词：医院；业财融合；管理会计工具；精细化管理；AbstractUnder the situation of the new health care reform, hospital operation and management are facing enormous challenges. The integration of industry and finance will transform challenges into opportunities, which is the new development direction of hospital financial management in the future. This paper analyses the necessity of implementing industrial financial integration in hospitals, and reveals some problems facing the implementation of industrial financial integration in hospitals at present. For the above problems, according to previous research and my own exploration, one-to-one proposed specific solutions to each problem, as well as through the integration of industry and finance, to provide guidance and suggestions for the fine management of large public hospitals.
