摘 要足球作为体育运动重大项目之一,早已流行全球。它是一项让人们激情活跃的体育运动。足球的历史源远流长,在我国古代就有了蹴鞠的出现。随着时代不停的演变,足球越来越受到人们广泛的喜爱。但是,足球运动损伤的高发生率严重影响了足球运动水平的发展。因此预防足球损伤的出现是尤为必要的。本文通过逻辑分析和查阅资料等方法对足球运动损伤的原因及预防措施进行研究。研究表明:在日常的足球训练和比赛中常见的损伤主要有膝关节、踝关节、肌肉、表皮及其它组织的的损伤。造成这些损伤的主要原因是由于自身身体素质差、思想认识不足、技术动作不到位、心理素质不良及天气和场地设施等原因所造成的。为减少损伤的出现,要加强思想教育、合理安排比赛、认真做好准备活动个放松练习、加强自身防护意识和后期医务治疗水平。关键词:足球运动 损伤原因 预防AbstractFootball, as one of the major sports , has already swept the world. It is a kind of sport that makes people passionate and active. The history of football can go back to very ancient times, and in ancient China, there appeared Cuju (ancient game of kicking a ball). With the development of our times, football is becoming more and more popular. however, a higher incidence of football sports injury serious impact on the development of football sports level. So it is particularly necessary to prevent the football injury. In this paper, through methods such as logical analysis and data access of football sports injury causes and preventive measures were studied. Research shows that in the daily common injuries in football training and competition are mainly knee, ankle, muscle, skin and other tissues. The main cause of the damage is due to its poor physical quality, ideological understanding, technical action does not reach the designated position, bad psychological quality and reasons such as caused by the weather and facilities.
