I座体零件工艺及工装设计 摘要:座体零件是一个典型的箱体类零件。本次设计的目标是设计座体零件的机械制造过程(即从零件的毛坯到最终成品的工艺设计)和三面钻孔和镗孔工装夹具设计。本次设计主要任务是对零件原料选择,铣削过程的安排,零件工艺设计加计算。 夹具会影响零件的尺寸精度和位置精度以及切削过程中的稳定性。在这次设计中,对座体的工装夹具进行完全定位设置,工件加工时被完全限制,准确性高。在设计完之前的内容后,通过AutoCAD 软件对其进行二维设计。关键词:AutoCAD;座体;工艺设计;工装夹具设计Technology and tooling design of seat partsAbstract: The seat part is a typical box type part.
