政府购买 社工服务制度模式的探讨——以深圳市为例 内容摘要随着我国经济水平稳步提高，市场经济取代计划经济。政府有限的自身资源难以满足公众多元的公共服务需求，一系列新兴的社会问题亟需专业的社会组织来解决。于是原先统一分配的格局被打破，单位制逐渐解体。为了在社会生活方面保障社工服务的供给质量，提高公共服务水平，最大程度地优化社工服务供给的资源化配置，政府开始由“全能政府”向“服务型政府”转变，公共服务逐步由社会组织承接，政府开始购买社会工作服务。本文以深圳市政府购买社会工作服务为例进行探究，指出其购买社会工作服务中存在的问题，并提出相应的解决策略，以期为政府购买社会工作服务提供一定的参考。关键词：深圳 社会工作服务 发展方向AbstractAs China's economic water has increased steadily, the market economy has replaced the planned economy.
