中小企业财务预警的不足与完善

本科论文摘要随着经济的发展，时代需求的增加，中小企业因具有其规模比较小，经营起来灵活性大，行业对其限制规则少的特点，与其他的经济模式相比更具活力，对我国的经济发展有很大的推动作用。中小企业建立财务预警体系，在面对财务风险时能否有效应对，财务预警系统还存在哪些不足之处，我们该运用何种应对措施。本文就其对比国内外的财务预警系统不同，理解其含义，分析其成因，并对各方面的影响进行分析，总结其中的关系形成机理，最后指出中小企业发展中存在的问题以及相应的解决措施。关键字：财务预警，财务风险 ，解决措施AbstractWith the development of economy, the growing demand for the age, small and medium-sized enterprises due to its relatively small size, running up large flexibility, the characteristics of the industry to its limit rules less, compared with other economic model more dynamic, has a great role on the economic development of our country.
