在金融视角下看待共享单车的发展问题和对策从一个单纯为了满足了人们所谓的“最后三公里”的需要，到如今的共享单车，它从一个充满未知定数的新事物变成如今饱受争议的旧事物经历了很多变数，透露出其共享体系下的许多金融本质现象，也同样产生了很多问题，因此本文意在于挖掘共享单车背后的金融实质现象以及对其产生的问题进行浅析。关键词：征信体系 融资 大数据AbsractFrom a simple attempt to meet people's so-called "last three kilometers" needs, to today's shared bicycle, it has gone through many variables from a new thing full of uncertainties to a controversial old thing, revealing many financial essential phenomena under its shared system, and also causing many problems.
