1基于语言信息的高校餐厅服务综合质量评估摘要 随着服务经济时代的到来，服务质量的测评受到越来越多的关注，而高校餐厅作为其中不可或缺的一部分，如何提高餐厅的服务质量，对其竞争力是很受影响。本文以高校餐厅为研究对象，对其服务质量进行评价。首先结合学校餐厅的特点，建立了高校食堂评价指标体系，设计了高校餐厅服务质量评价问卷。整理发放后得到了正式的调研问卷数据。通过所得的数据进行统计分析，建立数学模型，利用层次分析法计算出各个评价指标权重，再利用模糊综合评价法得出餐厅最终评价，对其进行分析并为餐厅提出合理建议。关键词 高校餐厅服务综合质量；层次分析法；模糊综合评价法 Comprehensive Quality Evaluation of University Restaurant Service Based on Language InformationAbstract With the advent of the era of service economy, more and more attention has been paid to the evaluation of service quality.
