I 摘 要 银杏叶中的有效成分是人们一直以来重点研究的对象。其传统的提取工艺有溶剂法和水提法。随着科技的不断进步发展,许多新方法如超临界流体法、树脂吸附法、微波提取法、超声波提取法和高速逆流色谱等不断发展和应用,越来越多的方法被人们发现并用于提取银杏叶中的有效成分。为人们研究银杏叶中有效成分提供了更多的途径。本文主要综述了银杏叶中有效成分的提取工艺及进展。关键词:银杏叶;有效成分;提取工艺;进展IIABSTRACT The active ingredient of ginkgo biloba is the object that people always focus on research.
