北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计 星星电子公司废水处理工程设计星星电子公司废水处理工程设计摘 要电镀厂能产生大量的含氰废水以及综合废水,如果这些废水未经处理,直接排放到受纳水体,那将会对我们生活的环境造成不可磨灭的伤害。因此,我们需要对其进行加工处理,以致于才能达到国家工业的排放标准,再进行排放。在处理这些废水中,将运用SBR 工艺一体化污水处理设备处理污水,在 SBR 反应池中进行鼓风曝气,这样一来,既运用到了活性污泥法,同时也运用到了活性污泥法。SBR 工艺产生的污泥无需再单独设置污泥浓缩池和污泥脱水池,将运用污泥浓缩脱水集一体设备,节省空间和工艺的繁琐。在此论文将研究出一种方便、高效、最大利益化的电镀含氰废水处理方案。SBR 工艺将取代了以往过多单一复杂不实用的构筑物,如调节池、沉淀池、曝气池等,使得整个工艺流程简单高效实用,省去了设置多余繁杂的管道运输,使得整个操作系统简便灵活,一目了然。解决当前电镀过程中废水对环境和人们的危害,保证电镀行业能良好的发展下去以及避免电镀废水的污染。同时节省了找人设计污水处理工艺和做基础建设的繁琐。关键词:一体化工程;电镀废水;接触氧化法;活性污泥法 北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计Waste water treatment engineering design of Xingxing Electronics CompanyAbstractElectroplating plants can produce a large amount of cyanide-containing waste water and comprehensive waste water.
