北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计 执行结构设计执行结构设计摘要ICT,英文全称 In-Circuit-Tester,也称在线测试仪。它是当下 PCB 相关生产企业必备的生产测试设备,别名 ICT 治具。现在,普通的测试治具已经是成熟的产品,本次设计主要改进普通治具部分结构以及降低相关制造成本,主要以普通的测试治具作为原型,在普通的测试治具的基础上添加机构,使一台治具可以完成两段式的微针测试,降低了成本,也提高了生产效率。同时设计一款新型散热器,利用压缩空气进行工作,降低治具工作中芯片所产生的温度。本次设计主要有治具各部分的结构设计、运动解析和尺寸设计,以及部分零部件的受力校核和仿真分析。主要使用了 AutoCAD、Soildworks 等工程软件进行辅助设计,使用了 Soildworks Simulation进行受力、热力仿真,使用了 Soildworks Flow Simulation 进行流体力学仿真。关键词:ICT;治具;结构设计;仿真北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计 北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计Perform structural designAbstractICT, English full name in circuit tester, also known as online tester.
