公办幼儿园非在编教师生存现状研究——以宿迁市 A 幼儿园为例摘要 现如今幼儿园“非在编”教师的生存状况堪忧,本研究将从宿迁市 A 幼儿园“非在编”教师的经济待遇、发展前景、职业认同、工作负荷、前景展望五个维度进行探究,深层探寻有“非在编”幼儿教师的生存现状。并且“非在编”幼儿教师面临着许多问题——较低的收入待遇、对自己职业的规划不明、部分教师学历偏低甚至无证上岗等问题。为改善幼儿园“非在编”教师的生存状况,将初步从社会、幼儿园和教师三个方面提出粗浅的改进之策。关键词 非在编 幼儿园教师 生存状况A study on the current situation of non-enrolled teachers in public kindergartens—A case study of Suqian A kindergartenAbstractNowadays, the living conditions of “non-enrolled” kindergarten teachers are worrying. This study will explore the economic treatment, development prospect, professional identity, work load and prospect of “non-enrolled” kindergarten teachers in Suqian city A in order to make out the living conditions of "non-enrolled" kindergarten teachers. Besides, "non-enrolled" kindergarten teachers are faced with many problems, such as low income, unclear career planning, and low educational background and no certificate of some teachers.
