摘 要幼儿“入园难、入园贵”是关系民生、关系学前教育事业发展的重大问题之一。国家对于提高学前三年教育的质量问题越来越重视。扩大普惠性幼儿园的覆盖范围，为适龄儿童接受学前教育提供强有力的保障。这也是广大人民群众所期望的。本文通过问卷法与访谈法对咸阳地区数名家长、园长以及教师进行调查得知，他们对于普惠性幼儿园的建设，在不同维度上存在着不同程度的期待。虽然建设普惠性幼儿园在很大程度上缓解了幼儿接受教育的问题、并且能够促进学前教育的发展。但是在实施建设的过程中还是存在很大的纰漏。本文通过对咸阳地区普惠性幼儿园的发展现状进行调查分析，总结出了普惠性幼儿园发展过程中存在的问题，并提出了相应的解决对策。希望能为咸阳地区发展普惠性幼儿园提供帮助。关键词：普惠性；普惠性幼儿园；社会期待AbstractThe "difficulty of admission and admission to the park" is one of the most important issues concerning the people's livelihood and the development of preschool education.
