I摘 要小学高年级学生自主管理能力调查研究主要采用文献法和问卷调查法,研究对象为宁德师范学院附属小学六年级学生。本课题侧重于调查学生的学习自主管理能力,对学生性别、是否独生子女、知识学习、校内其他活动、家庭自主管理和行为自主管理进行相关分析。经由调查结果的统计分析,以及综合相关文献,本研究发现:学生依赖性过强、学生自主管理行动力低下、学校重视力度不足,大环境氛围不够浓郁、教师工作单一、学生自主管理培养内容分布不均衡以及包办式育儿理念的影响。由此提出策略:学校层面要重视师资力量和促进家校合作;教师层面改变陈旧观念,丰富班级活动和增强教师信服威信,合理运用权力威信;学生层面深化学生自主管理意识、重视自主管理能力培养,让学生明确家庭角色定位和班级角色定位;从而促进学生自主管理能力的提升。关键词:小学高年级学生;自主管理能力1Abstract The research on the independent management ability of the senior primary school students mainly adopts the literature method and the questionnaire method. the research object is the sixth grade students of the primary school affiliated to Ningde Teachers College. This topic focuses on investigating students' learning autonomous management ability.
