文化用品重金属含量分析 摘 要日常生活中人们对文化用品的需求体现在方方面面,应用范围非常广泛,特别是青少年是接触文化用品最多的人群。青少年日常生活学习中每天用到的这些文化用品会含有对青少年生长发育造成不良影响的重金属元素。因此对于文化用品中的重金属分析检测十分必要。本文采用电热板消解法对 3 种样品进行前处理,运用火焰原子吸收分光光度法进行了 5 种重金属铅(Pb)、锌(Zn)、镉(Cd)、铬(Cr)、铁(Fe)的检测。结果表明:在文化用品的十四个样品中 Cd 含量范围在 0.70-1.12μg/kg 之间,其中钢笔水样品、涂改液样品中未检出镉元素;Cr 含量范围为在 7.95-603.2μg/kg 之间,其中钢笔水样品含量相对较高,涂改带样品含量相对较低;Zn 含量范围在 0.75-890.25μg/kg 之间,其中涂改带样品含量最高,钢笔水样品含量最低;Fe 含量在 0.00-194.0μg/kg 之间,其中涂改带样品中未检出铁元素,其中颜色较深的钢笔水、蜡笔样品中铁元素含量高,颜色浅的样品铁元素含量低;Pb 含量范围为 6.10-20.90μg/kg 之间,其中钢笔水样品中铅的平均含量最高,蜡笔样品中铅的平均含量最低。在十四个样品中,某品牌香型钢笔水样品铬含量(603.2μg/kg)超出了《学生用品安全通用要求》中对铬元素的限量(60μg/kg)。所以市场有必要对香型书写类文具做严格的检查关键词:文化用品;重金属;含量;分析1AbstractIn daily life, people's demand for cultural goods is manifested in all aspects and has a wide range of applications, especially young people who are most exposed to cultural goods. These cultural articles used daily in teenagers'daily life and study contain heavy metals which have adverse effects on teenagers' growth and development. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze and detect heavy metals in cultural articles. Three samples were pretreated by electrothermal plate digestion method.
