外资企业在中国制造业技术转移模式研究摘 要 外资企业作为我国市场经济的重要主体，在促进我国经济发展的过程中发挥了积极的作用，在一定程度上带动了我国经济整体发展速度。外资企业在与我国制造企业的合作中，通过技术转移的方式实现了我国生产技术的内部引进和外部溢出，在一定程度上扩大了对外交流的程度，但由于我国企业在外入外资的过程中，自我技术创新能力不足、企业引入技术后开发管理不足，使得技术转移的作用无法发挥。本文以外资企业在中国制造业技术转移情况为研究对象，分析外资企业技术转移的现状及影响，在此基础上，提出我国应对的对策，以更好发挥外资企业对于经济的促进作用。 关键词：外资企业；制造行业；技术转移AbstractAs an important subject of China's market economy, foreign-capital enterprises have played a positive role in promoting China's economic development and to a certain extent driven the overall development speed of China's economy.
