外资企业在中国制造业技术转移模式研究摘 要 外资企业作为我国市场经济的重要主体，在促进我国经济发展的过程中发挥了积极的作用，在一定程度上带动了我国经济整体发展速度。外资企业在与我国制造企业的合作中，通过技术转移的方式实现了我国生产技术的内部引进和外部溢出，在一定程度上扩大了对外交流的程度，但由于我国企业在外入外资的过程中，自我技术创新能力不足、企业引入技术后开发管理不足，使得技术转移的作用无法发挥。本文以外资企业在中国制造业技术转移情况为研究对象，分析外资企业技术转移的现状及影响，在此基础上，提出我国应对的对策，以更好发挥外资企业对于经济的促进作用。 关键词：外资企业；制造行业；技术转移AbstractAs an important subject of China's market economy, foreign-capital enterprises have played a positive role in promoting China's economic development and to a certain extent driven the overall development speed of China's economy. Foreign-funded enterprises in cooperation with the manufacturing enterprises in our country, through the way of technology transfer introduced production technology in China's internal and external overflow, to a certain extent, expanded the extent of foreign exchange, but because our country enterprise in the outside into the process of foreign capital, self technology is introduced into technical innovation ability insufficiency, the enterprise development and management, make the effect of technology transfer can't play.
