摘 要分享行为是幼儿与他人共同享某种资源的行为，是幼儿社会性的重要构成成部分，重视培育幼儿的分享意识，让幼儿成长过程中能得更好、更健康，使其举止对他今后良好的人脉关系有利。本文研究分析了小班幼儿分享行为的问题，并提出了良好的培养策略。[关键词] 小班幼儿；分享行为；培养策略；IPick ToSharing behavior is the behavior of children sharing some kind of resources with others, is an important part of the social ity of young children, pay attention to the cultivation of young children's sharing consciousness, so that young children can grow up better and healthier, so that their behavior is beneficial to his good relationship in the future.
