I摘 要校本课程是指由学校自主开发的特色课程,由学校自主编撰教材、制定教学计划、组织进行教学活动。以宁德师范学院附属小学东侨校区参与校本课程建设的教师为研究对象,通过文献法、访谈法等研究方式,研究小学校本课程建设的现状。研究发现目前校本课程存在着课程开发规范性有所欠缺、课程实施中出现形式主义、课程评价全面性不足等情况。同时深入剖析问题存在原因为:学生主体地位没有得到足够重视、校本建设团队水平有限、社区和家长的力量被忽视。对此,提出指导策略:在课程建设过程中始终坚持贯彻生本理念、充分整合利用并发展区域内现有教育资源、加强家校互动与合作,期望加强各方关注,以促进校本课程建设。 关键词:小学;校本课程;课程建设IIAbstractSchool-based curriculum refers to the characteristic curriculum developed by the school itself, and the school-based curriculum is generally also independently compiled by the school, set teaching objectives, and carry out teaching practice activities. Taking the teachers who participated in the school-based curriculum construction in Dongqiao Campus of the primary school affiliated to Ningde Teachers College as the research object, this paper studies the present situation of the school-based curriculum construction through the research methods of literature and interview. It is found that the curriculum development is not standardized and the curriculum evaluation is not comprehensive. At the same time, the reasons for the problems are as follows: the main position of students is not paid enough attention, the level of school-based construction team is limited, and the strength of community and parents is ignored.
