陕西基层公务员职业倦怠问题研究

摘 要就社会发展现状而言，我国进入了行政的法治化和民主化时代。这促使了国家政府的职能转变，也提高了服务百姓的办事效率。但在这个过程中，却伴随着很多问题，造成了很多复杂的环境，导致公务员特别是基层公务员产生职业倦怠问题。这不仅对于公务员本身造成身心的危害，还会影响公务员服务公众的办事效率以及政府的形象。通过对陕西基层公务员职业倦怠问题的研究，解构影响基层公务员职业倦怠的有关因素，这对于人民生活的改善，社会的和谐与进步具有重要意义。本文就侧重于陕西基层公务员职业的特殊性，切实对陕西基层公务员职业倦怠现状进行描述，并剖析其产生的原因及对干预对策进行探讨，从而推进公共部门进行有效的人力资源管理活动。关键词：基层公务员；职业倦怠；诱发因素；干预对策AbstractWith the development and progress of society, our country has entered into the rule of law and democratization of the administration, and promote the transformation of government functions and improve the efficiency of serving the people.
