商品房买卖中欺诈行为的认定及防范措施摘要近些年随着我国房地产产业快速发展,房地产已经成为社会经济发展的关键性产业,商品房作为房地产的一种房屋买卖形式,在整个房地产市场和产业发展中占有重要地位,对于商品房而言,商品房的买卖区别于一般的商品,其涉及的产业众多,内容多边且复杂,因而在实际的商品房买卖中经常容易出现法律纠纷。从我国近些年的商品房买卖纠纷中,关于商品房买卖中欺诈导致的交易问题时有发展,引发矛盾。因而,本文将就商品房买卖中欺诈行为的认定及防范措施进行研究,希望对商品房市场买卖良性发展提供合理的法律建议。关键词:商品房买卖;欺诈行为;防范措施Abstract In recent years, with the rapid development of China's real estate industry, real estate has become a key industry of social and economic development. As a form of real estate sales, commercial housing occupies an important position in the entire real estate market and industrial development. For commercial housing, the sale of commercial housing is different from the general one. Commodities, which involve many industries, are multilateral and complex in content. Therefore, legal disputes often arise in the actual sale of commercial housing. From the disputes over the sale of commercial housing in recent years in China, the transaction problems caused by fraud in the sale of commercial housing have developed and caused contradictions.
