开平市餐饮业基层员工流失问题研究内 容 摘 要餐饮行业随着国民经济的发展快速地成长中。对于餐饮行业而言，基层的服务人员对企业的发展起着重要的作用，因此了解基层人员的流动情况，缓解基层人员流动性过高的情况，对推动餐饮业的发展至关重要。本文将通过问卷调查的方式，对开平市餐饮行业基层人员的基本情况和餐饮企业的制度进行调查。经调查发现开平市餐饮行业基层人员的市场供大于求、从业要求低、企业内部缺乏培训以及晋升制度、薪酬制度僵化等问题，根据发现的问题提出岗位轮换制度、以工龄为主要考核标准的晋升制度、不同等级的岗位薪酬体系等解决餐饮业基层人员流失的对策。关键词：开平市餐饮行业；基层人员；人员流失IStudy on the Loss of Basic Level Employees on Kaiping Catering IndustryAbstractThe catering industry is growing rapidly with the development of national economy. For the catering industry, the grass-roots service personnel play an important role in the development of enterprises. This paper will investigate the basic situation of the basic personnel and the system of catering enterprises in Kaiping City by means of questionnaire. According to the investigation, it is found that the market supply of the grass-roots personnel in Kaiping City's catering industry is greater than the demand, the employment requirements are low, there is a lack of training within the enterprise, the promotion system, the rigid salary system and other problems.
