开平市餐饮业基层员工流失问题研究内 容 摘 要餐饮行业随着国民经济的发展快速地成长中。对于餐饮行业而言,基层的服务人员对企业的发展起着重要的作用,因此了解基层人员的流动情况,缓解基层人员流动性过高的情况,对推动餐饮业的发展至关重要。本文将通过问卷调查的方式,对开平市餐饮行业基层人员的基本情况和餐饮企业的制度进行调查。经调查发现开平市餐饮行业基层人员的市场供大于求、从业要求低、企业内部缺乏培训以及晋升制度、薪酬制度僵化等问题,根据发现的问题提出岗位轮换制度、以工龄为主要考核标准的晋升制度、不同等级的岗位薪酬体系等解决餐饮业基层人员流失的对策。关键词:开平市餐饮行业;基层人员;人员流失IStudy on the Loss of Basic Level Employees on Kaiping Catering IndustryAbstractThe catering industry is growing rapidly with the development of national economy.
