I小米公司“一带一路”背景下人才发展战略研究内 容 摘 要随着 “一带一路”战略方针的不断深入推进,中国企业扩大“一带一路”沿线地区的投资规模和优化投资模式。在中国企业参与国际竞争的过程中人才将成为驱动企业发展,赢得“一带一路”战略布局、抢占市场先机和打造核心竞争力的重要组成部分,也是企业管理效果和经营成败的重要因素。通过对国内外对人才发展战略研究现状进行梳理分析,结合小米公司内部基本情况和人才发展战略进行剖析后,对“一带一路”沿线人才环境进行综合分析,归纳总结出该公司目前所面临的问题和存在的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战。然后提供切实可行,具有针对性的优化路径和解决措施,行成最终落地实施的人才发展战略模式和方案。关键词:人才;小米公司;发展战略;人力资源IIResearch on Talent Development Strategy based on the Belt and Road of Xiaomi technology co.
