湛江市餐饮业人才流失的现状分析和对策研究内 容 摘 要随着我国经济的快速发展,人们在衣食住行方面的开销也更加宽裕,在此基础上餐饮行业得到快速的发展。但在发展过程中,人才流失已成为制约餐饮行业持续向上发展的问题。人才,是指具有一定的专业知识或专门技能,进行创造性劳动,并对社会做出贡献的人,是人力资源中能力和素质较高的劳动者。具体到企业中,人才的概念是这样:指具有一定的专业知识或专门技能,能够胜任岗位能力要求,进行创造性劳动并对企业发展做出贡献的人,是人力资源中能力和素质较高的员工。在本论文中所提及到的人才均是指胜任岗位的能力,能为餐饮行业、本企业做出贡献的员工,包括基层员工和储备的人才苗子。近年来,湛江市餐饮业正面临着人才严重流失的问题,行业内人才流失的速度越来越快,降低人才流失率的任务迫在眉睫。但目前湛江餐饮业存在薪酬福利和激励制度不合理,缺乏公平性、提供建立科学的晋升渠道,为员工设计职业生涯规划、缺乏高层次人才等问题,这些问题严重限制了湛江市餐饮业的健康稳定发展,因此,将湛江餐饮业的人才流失率降低,是让湛江餐饮业实现健康稳定发展要求必然要做到的事。本文为解决湛江市餐饮业人才流失问题提供理论支持与指导,通过对湛江市从事餐饮行业的员工进行问卷调查,探讨湛江市餐饮业人才流失的现状,分析造成这类情况的多种原因,有针对性地提出建议,为湛江市的餐饮业人力管理提供借鉴作用。关键词:职业生涯规划;人力资源管理;薪酬制度;晋升机制。IAnalysis on the Current Situation of Talent Loss in Zhanjiang Catering Industry and CountermeasuresAbstractWith the rapid development of China's economy, people have more money to spend on food, clothing, housing and transportation.
