摘 要随着信息时代的来临,互联网企业如同雨后春笋涌现出来,在不同类型的互联网企业不断相互收购、吞并后,面临着内部和外部的变革,人员岗位的流动性越来越高。作为企业的人力资源管理部,岗位管理是其工作的核心,为了实现互联网企业的高效发展,必须面对如何提升调岗员工的工作效率这一问题。通过对文献的阅读和了解,总结出人岗匹配度会通过影响员工积极性来影响员工的工作效率。本次论文将通过在以前研究的基础上,探索人岗匹配度、工作积极性与工作效率三者之间的关系。通过调查问卷的方法,对不同地区的不同互联网企业进行数据收集对相关数据进行分析,得出相关结论,以期提高员工个人工作效率和公司整体效益。关键词:人岗匹配;工作绩效;工作积极性AbstractWith the advent of the information age, Internet enterprises have sprung up like mushrooms. After the acquisition and annexation of different types of Internet enterprises, they are faced with internal and external changes, and the mobility of personnel positions is getting higher and higher. As the human resource management department of an enterprise, post management is the core of its work. In order to achieve the efficient development of Internet enterprises, we must face the problem of how to improve the efficiency of the transferred employees. Through the reading and understanding of the literature, it is concluded that job matching can affect the work efficiency of employees by affecting their enthusiasm. Based on previous studies, this paper will explore the relationship among job matching, work enthusiasm and work efficiency. Through the method of questionnaires, we collect data from different Internet enterprises in different regions and analyze the relevant data, and draw relevant conclusions in order to improve the personal efficiency of employees and the overall efficiency of the company.Key words: Job matching , Job performance , work motivation一、绪论(一)研究背...
