中小企业薪酬管理问题分析与对策研究——以广东泓锋烘焙设备有限公司为例内 容 摘 要中小企业随着我国的经济发展也在急速扩张,竞争也越来越激烈。现阶段,中小企业间的竞争也就是人才之间的竞争,中小企业要想吸引和留住更多的优秀人才,促进企业的持续发展,就必须优化和完善企业现有薪酬管理。本文以广东泓锋烘焙设备有限公司为例,采用文献研究、实地走访、个人访谈的方法对该公司现有的薪酬管理现状进行研究分析,发现其在薪酬体系的设计、薪酬激励制度、绩效考核等方面存在一些问题,造成这些问题出现的原因是该公司的薪酬管理理念落后、缺少专业的人力资源管理部门以及缺失薪酬管理监督机构,对此从薪酬管理理念、薪酬管理机构、薪酬体系、薪酬激励制度、绩效考核制度五个方面提出了完善该公司薪酬管理的对策和建议,进而促进该公司的健康发展。关键词:中小企业;薪酬管理;薪酬体系;薪酬激励;IAnalysis and Countermeasures of Salary Management Problems in SMEs——Taking Guangdong Homphon Co., Ltd as an ExampleAbstractWith China's economic developing increasingly, small and medium-sized enterprises are expanding and the competition among them is also is getting fiercer, which is also the competition among talents.
