浅谈建设工程监理的现场规范管理与控制VIP专享

浅谈工程建设监理的信息化摘要在经济不断进步下，建筑行业正在快速发展中，并取得一定发展空间。同时，相应的基础设施的不断完善使得建设工程数量呈现高速增长的态势，而在建设工程的施工现场进行有效的监管是保障施工质量的重要因素，因此具有重要的意义。但同时也带来许多问题，其中最为严重的应属建筑工程质量问题，其主要表现为建筑工程在监理过程中，现场管理缺少规范性，忽略监理工作所具备的重要，从而无法实现建筑工程的质量要求。基于此，文章对监理现场规范管理的重要性进行分析，针对工程监理质量控制、进度控制、投资控制、安全控制等四个方面，进一步阐述建设工程监理的现场规范管理与控制。关键词：建设工程；现场监理；规范管理；控制AbstractUnder the continuous progress of the economy， the construction industry is developing rapidly and has made certain space for development. Meanwhile ， the continuous improvement of the corresponding infrastructure makes the number of construction projects showing a trend of rapid growth. Effective supervision in the construction site is an important factor to ensure the quality of construction， so it is of great significance. But it also brings many problems， the most serious quality problems should belong to construction project， the main performance for the construction site management in the process of supervision， lack of standardization， ignore the supervision work has the important， which can not realize the quality of building engineering requirements.
