The employability of college students may affect the individual's employment intention and then affect the individual's employment behavior. Therefore, our study mainly used three survey to explore the impact of human capital on the employment intention of college students. In order to help the academic to establish a suitable employment view, improve the employment rate and promote the growth of college students.
