影响大学生择业效能感的因素分析【摘要】本文主要阐述了大学生择业效能感的概念和理论，调查其现状并对其影响因素进行了分析。目的：了解广东药科大学在校生择业效能感的现状探讨部分影响因子以及其作用方式，提出改善的建议，为在校生日后顺利就业提供一定的参考意见。方法：通过阅读以往的相关文献资料，采用择业效能感量表和自编问卷。结论：（1）大学生在择业效能感上无显著的性别、年级、生源地、独生子女与否差异；（2）存在显著的专业类别、有工作经验与否差异。建议：（1）结合专业特点，搭建社会实践平台；（2）正视择业困难，积极面对。【关键词】大学生；择业效能感；影响因素Analysis of the factors affecting college students Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy[Abstract] This paper mainly expounds the concept and the theory of college students' Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy, investigates its present situation and analyzes its influencing factors. Objective: To understand the current situation of GuangDong Pharmaceutical University students' CDMSE, study the effect of some factors and its action way, put forward improvement suggestions, so as to provide some references for future employment of current students. Methods: By reading the previous relevant literature and using the CDMSE scale and self-compiled questionnaire. Conclusions :(1) the college students' CDMSE has no significant difference of gender, grade, origin place and only-child or not;(2) there are significant differences in professional categories and work experience.
