A 公司人力资源管理激励机制研究【摘要】现如今,企业要在发展中取得优势,对人才的要求就特别高。因此如何发现并留住人才变成了企业中关键的一部分。由此,人力资源越来越被企业所重视。有效的激励机制是留住人才的关键手段。因此本文针对 A 公司人力资源管理激励机制展开了研究,综合利用文献分析法、访谈法、调查问卷法等方法针对A 公司的激励机制的方式、内容和实行现状进行了分析研究,希望能够结合自身所学知识和研究前人对激励机制的研究,对 A 公司激励机制的方式和内容提出一些合理的改进建议,最终总结全文。【关键词】A 公司;人力资源;激励机制;研究;Research on the incentive mechanism of human resource management in company A【 Abstract 】 Nowadays, if an enterprise wants to gain an advantage in its development, it has a high demand for talents.
