箱 体 散 热 片 的 冲 压 工 艺 及 模 具 设 计[ 摘 要 ］ 本 文 利 用 冲 压 工 艺 及 模 具 设 计 的 理 论知 识 ， 同 时 以 金 属 学 与 热 处 理 、 塑 性 力 学 等 许 多工 程 技 术 基 础 学 科 为 基 础 ， 并 联 系 冲 压 设 备 、 模具 制 造 工 艺 学 等 相 关 学 科 进 行 箱 体 散 热 片 的 冲 压工 艺 及 模 具 设 计 . 在 对 箱 体 散 热 片 进 行 零 件 工 艺 性分 析 以 及 确 定 冲 压 加 工 工 艺 方 案 的 基 础 上 设 计 冲裁 模 和 弯 曲 模 两 副 模 具 ， 并 对 所 设 计 的 两 副 模 具按 相 关 要 求 检 查 其 加 工 工 艺 性 以 及 生 产 的 可 行 性 .在 设 计 过 程 中 ， 应 用 Pro/Engineer软 件 绘 制 冲 裁 模 和 弯曲 模 的 三 维 实 体 造 型 ， 同 时 采 纳CAD 绘 制 两 副 模 具的 装 配 图 和 部 分 主 要 零 件 的 零 件 图 . 设 计 结 果 表 明 ，利 用 所 设 计 的 模 具 进 行 箱 体 散 热 片 的 生 产 ， 可 以提 高 产 品 的 质 量 及 生 产 效 率 ， 达 到 高 质 量 、 低 成本 的 预 期 目 的 。［ 关 键 词 ] 箱 体 散 热 片 ； 冲 压 工 艺 ； 模 具 设 计 ；冲 裁 模 ； 弯 曲 模The Stamping Process and Die Design for The Box Heat SinkAbstract ：In this paper ， the stamping process and die design for the box heat sink is done by using the theoretical knowledge of stamping process and die design 。 At the same time, the paper is done on the basis of many knowledge ， such as metal heat treatment ， the mechanics of plastic, stamping equipment ， the manufacturing technology of dies, and so on.
