本科论文摘 要本研究旨模拟几种不同的模具制造方法和玻璃钢成型方法,来改进玻璃钢游艇船体在生产过程中所遇到的问题。生产模具所用到的材料为:木材。几种模具主要的区别主要影响玻璃钢游艇船体的生产周期,生产所需工时和倒模次数。本文基于某 16 米玻璃钢游艇的建造,运用 solidworks 建模,比较各种模具制造工艺之间的区别,对我国游艇产业提出了新的思路和方法。关键字:玻璃钢游艇,手糊成型,数控成型,solidworks 建模本科论文AbstractThis study aims to simulate several different mold manufacturing methods and glass steel molding methods to improve the problems encountered in the production process of the fiberglass yacht hull. The material used to produce the mold is: wood. The main differences between several molds mainly affect the production cycle of the fiberglass yacht hull, the production man-hours required and the number of molds.
