I摘 要 当前农村初级中学德育主题班会是农村中学德育教育的薄弱环节。中小学德育工作重要途径之一是开展好德育主题班会。开展农村初中德育主题班会是加强德育教育的一个重要手段，是教师工作的一个部分。农村初级中学德育主题班会的教育意义在于：1.有利于学生自我教育管理；2.有利于学生做人求知；3.有利于学生生活劳动；4.有利于学生健体审美。通过农村初级中学德育主题班会的问卷调查，分析发现农村初级中学德育主题班会存在五个问题：（1）学校领导，班主任两不重视；（2）待遇不高，教学为中心体制；（3）放任自流，无要求，无主题；（4）缺乏协调，设计不明确；（5）学校、家庭、社会三不到位。 为使农村初级中学的德育主题班会得到顺利实施并取得良好效果，从五个实施要求开展具体活动工作：1. 领导重视，规范投入；2.教师培训，提升水平；3.学生参与，积极推进；4.主题明确，交流合作；5. 全程参与，动态发展。通过这三年的农村初级中学德育主题班会的实施，积极开展好农村初级中学德育主题班会培养了学生良好的日常行为习惯。积极开展好农村初级中学德育主题班会是形成了上坪中学的良好班风、校风、学风的关键。 关键词：农村初级中学；德育主题班会；IIABSTRACTThe current rural junior high school moral education subject areas is weak link of the moral education class meeting.
