本科论文摘 要企业在经营管理过程中主要面临的风险是财务风险， 企业需要控制和防御财务风险。企业受到很多方面的影响，它们从不同层面影响企业的经营活动，其中包括确定因素和不确定因素。它们通过不同方面影响公司的发展。因此我们可以通过对不同因素的分析，来做出不同的选择，以提高企业财务风险管理的水平，降低企业发生经济损失的可能性。本文以伊利集团为例，通过对企业财务风险的分析，建立一个完善的财务风险的防范体系。关键词：财务风险，财务风险分析，财务风险防范本科论文AbstractThe main risk faced by enterprises in the process of operation and management is financial risk, and enterprises need to control and defend financial risk.
