摘 要基于网络文本分析的视角,从携程网上选取宁德太姥山景区在线评论为研究样本,运用八爪鱼软件进行网络数据抓取,加以整理后借助到数据分析软件GOOSEEKER 进行分词、统计、分析,从提取关键词分析到建立类目表、文本内容分析旅游感知六要素、情感分析到游客综合三个方面开展系统分析,这种研究路径针对旅游形象感知的分析有着很好的指导作用。通过收集整理和解读携程旅游网站上关于太姥山的评论,了解到游客在游览过程中的关注点,有助于景区实现基于游客视角的经营管理提升与监测预警。关键词:旅游目的地形象感知;网络文本分析;情感分析;太姥山AbstractBased on the perspective of network text analysis, this paper selects online review of Ningde Taiyangshan scenic spot as research sample, uses Octopus software to capture network data, collates and uses data analysis software GOOSEEKER to carry out segmentation, statistics and analysis.
