煤矿设备备品备件管理摘 要备品备件管理的重要性是确保煤矿生产、运营不可或缺的物质基础，其管理水平影响煤矿企业的可持续发展和日常经营，具体作用是对设备进行日常维护和改造，帮助工作人员维护调整设备，保证设备的正常运转。本文以某石化工厂企业为例子，分析其管理设备备品备件的全过程，包括日常业务流程、分类管理、制定计划、盘点库存、等级分配等环节，为其他需要借鉴煤矿设备备品备件的企业提出一些具有参考性的建议。关键词：备品备件；库存管理；管理信息系统Abstract The spare parts management is import for company to its production and management that it inflects the sustainable development of the company and the daily management with the function of protection of material and assistance for the staff.
