企业劳动关系质量对新生代员工离职意向的影响研究内 容 摘 要新时代背景下,80 后、90 后做为一股新兴力量涌入社会,是企业稳定发展的核心力量。在特殊背景下成长的他们个性独特,在工作中除了基本的经济回报外,更加倾向可以实现自我价值,他们对非经济物质类的需求和感知能力越来越高。本文结合目前社会的现状,参考以往学者对劳动关系的研究文献,采用问卷调查的形式,研究企业劳动关系质量对新生代员工离职意向的影响,得到以下结论:(1)劳动环境、工作回报、公司管理、人际关系、个人发展对新生代员工离职意愿有显著的影响;(2)劳动关系质量对 90 后的新生代员工离职意向影响更大,主要表现为:相比 80 后员工,90 后员工对劳动环境、工作回报、公司管理、个人发展等各方面的要求都更高,其中在劳动环境方面,无论是硬环境还是软环境,90 后员工都比 80 后员工的要求更高;在工作回报上,90后员工对经济回报与非经济回报的要求也都高于 80 后员工;另外在公司管理和个人发展等方面,90 后员工也都表现出更高的需求。关键字:劳动关系质量;新时代员工;离职意向Research on the Influence of Labor Relations Quality on the ITurnover Intention of the New Generation EmployeesAbstractIn the new era, the post-80s and post-90s, as the new emerging force, is the core force for the stable development of enterprises.
