I摘要摘要祖国繁荣富强，企业的数量也在不断的增加，如此都的企业在每次开工资的时候都面临这一个严峻的问题，那就是如何能够更加方便快捷的对工资信息进行管理和发放，很多传统的企业都在人工进行考核和发放工资信息，这不方便，为了改善这一情况，我们需要开发一套基于计算机的工资管理系统。当前在公司运行的时候企业人事管理系统应用非常广泛，然而大多数这种系统都存在着或多或少的问题，比如主要功能缺失或者界面混乱等等。这些问题的存在都会使使用者产生不舒适的心理，从而使使用者开始流失，给公司造成许多不可避免的损失。随着社会的发展，公司规模越来越大，工资信息也逐渐变多，一个完美的企业人事管理系统尤为重要。因此，发展一个新型的功能齐全、界面良好的企业人事管理系统被提上日程，如何发展这样一个系统是本文重点解决问题本文将对该问题详细阐述。 本文采用 ASP.NET 语言进行开发，数据库采用 SQL2008，开发环境采用 VS，结构为 B/S。在设计该系统之前，首先要对市场进行调研，根据使用者的需要确定系统设计目标，然后根据目标确定大体的设计步骤，接下来依据大体的步骤进行设计，在设计的过程中再确定一些细节。系统设计完成之后，并不能立刻投入使用，还需要进行测试，成功后即可以使用。关键词：B/S 结构；企业人事；ASP.NET第 2 页IIAbstractThe motherland is prosperous and strong, and the number of enterprises is constantly increasing.
