摘 要随着经济和信息全球化的高速发展,各行业间面临激烈的竞争,但由于经济下行压力加大,外贸出口加速下滑,直接影响到我国纺织品企业的出口。内蒙古斯特福公司是一个中小型的民营企业,每年向国内外投放100 多个产品,产品出口主要以羊绒、羊毛、羊绒衫、羊绒围巾、羊绒毯为主,家用纺织品为辅。产品主要出口到美国、英国、日本等国。目前内蒙古斯特福公司,营销手段落后、营销渠道单一、企业营销观念落后,定价体系不完善等都成为阻碍企业出口发展的绊脚石。如何通过提升出口企业营销水平来提高纺织品行业的国际竞争力,是我国当前急需面对的现实问题。本文采用文献研究法、案例研究法对内蒙古斯特福公司纺织品进行调查与分析。通过研究内蒙古斯特福公司纺织品出口营销策略,发现纺织品出口营销过程现存的问题,针对性的提出解决对策对同行业的其他企业有一定的参考价值, 对企业的出口营销也有现实指导意义。关键词:国际贸易;营销策略;纺织品 AbstractWith the rapid development of economy , the market explosion in the information age, information technology, the competition among various industries is becoming increasingly fierce.
