北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计 年产 1 万吨 EVOH 高阻隔树脂生产工艺流程设计年产 1 万吨 EVOH 高阻隔树脂生产工艺流程设计摘 要EVOH 树脂因其良好的气体阻隔性和优异的加工性能,被广泛应用在包装材料和汽油罐等领域。考虑到国内 EVOH 树脂的供需矛盾及广阔的市场前景,本毕业设计拟生产符合我国国情的 EVOH 高阻隔树脂。参考全球 EVOH 树脂生产大厂的生产工艺流程和国内的研究结果,确定本设计中先生产 EVA 树脂然后再通过皂化反应得到 EVOH 树脂的工艺流程及生产配方。根据上述的生产工艺流程设计和设定的目标产量,做出初步的物料、热量衡算,设备选型和成本核算。最后设计出合理的厂房布置和车间设备布置,设计中要考虑最大限度的降低成本,减少污染。关键词:EVOH 树脂;EVA 的制备;皂化反应;合成工艺设计北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计Production process design of EVOH high-barrier resin with an annual output of 10,000 tonsAbstractEVOH resin is widely used in packaging materials and gasoline cans due to its good gas barrier properties and excellent processing performance.Taking into account the contradiction between domestic supply and demand of EVOH resin and the broad market prospects, this graduation project intends to produce EVOH high-barrier resin that meets China's national conditions. With reference to the production process flow of major EVOH resin production plants in the world and domestic research results, it was determined that the EVA resin was first produced in this design and then the process flow and production formula of EVOH resin were obtained through saponification.
