I北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计年产 3 万吨丙酮生产工艺设计摘要丙酮是一种重要的有机化工原料,它既可以作为一些化工产品如甲基异丁基酮的上游原料,也可作为溶剂直接使用。本设计选用异丙苯法生产丙酮,采用 KBR 第四代技术,在固载无机酸类催化剂的作用下,把浓度为 90%CHP 分解得到粗丙酮,再经过两次精馏,得到符合市场标准的丙酮产品。由于本设计选用固载无机酸类催化剂代替传统的浓硫酸催化剂进行催化,故免去了中和反应的过程,优化了丙酮的生产工艺。本文主要介绍两个工段,分别是 CHP 分解工段和丙酮精制工段。根据年产 3 万吨丙酮的生产负荷进行物料衡算、能量衡算,再根据结果对丙酮精制工段的所有设备进行选型,绘制物料流程图(PFD)、带控制点的工艺流程图(PID)、设备图、厂房布置图以及车间平立面布置图。关键词:丙酮;异丙苯法;优化;设备选型;绘图II北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计Annual output of 30000 tons acetone industrial designAbstractAcetone is an important organic chemical raw material, not only can be used as the upstream raw material of some chemical products such as methyl isobutyl ketone, but also can be used directly as a solvent.In this design, isopropyl benzene method is used to produce acetone, and the fourth-generation technology of KBR is adopted. Under the action of fixed inorganic acid catalyst, the concentration of 90%CHP is decomposed to get crude acetone. After two distillation, the acetone product that meets the market standard is obtained. In this design, the solid inorganic acid catalyst is taken the place of the traditional concentrated sulfuric acid catalyst for catalysis, so the process of neutralization reaction is removed and the production process of acetone is optimized.This paper mainly introduces two sections, CHP decomposition section and acetone refining section.
