I摘要在当今世界的发展中,航空已成为人们旅行的主要方式之一。随着全球经济的不断发展和人民生活水平的不断提高,航空服务业不再只是少数人,而是更广泛的社会。但国内航空公司的服务质量与国外航空公司的服务质量存在很大差异。本人之前参观过新加坡航空公司,因此将新加坡航空公司与春秋航空公司作为案例,来研究航空企业服务质量的比较进行的研究,比较分析国内外航空公司的服务质量,重点分析航空公司服务质量下降的原因,以及提高外国航空公司以及国内航空公司的服务质量。最后,我们将致力于革新国内航空公司在中国的服务相关战略。关键词:国内外航空企业,服务,比较IIABSTRACTIn the development of today's world, aviation has become one of the main ways for people to travel.
