1北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计年产 2000 吨聚酰亚胺纤维的生产工艺设计年产 2000 吨聚酰亚胺纤维生产工艺设计摘 要本设计为年产 2000 吨聚酰亚胺纤维生产工艺设计,在设计当中主要介绍了图纸以及说明书两大模块,其中说明书主要是针对聚酰亚胺纤维所具备的当前生产状况、发展现状以及其用途与功能进行说明,同时介绍了目前聚酰亚胺纤维的工业聚合生产工艺,并进行了比较,最后确定以溶液纺丝中的二步法作为生产工艺。进行设计时主要依照设计需要的达成的目标对物料进行核算,并且针对聚合设备做工艺设计以及选型,并且针对聚酰亚胺纤维在生产过程中消耗的成本核算进行了相关说明。并且绘制出对应的设计图纸,设计图纸主要指的是主要设备图、工艺流程图以及车间布置图。关键词:聚酰亚胺纤维,均苯四甲酸二酐,4,4’-二苯醚二胺,溶液纺丝,二步法2北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计2000 tons of Polyimide Fiber process designAbstractThis design is the production process design of 2000 tons per year polyimide fiber.
