北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计基于 TRIZ 理论小型车库设计 基于 TRIZ 理论小型车库设计摘 要为了应对现今“寸土寸金”的社会中存在“停车难”现象,这次将运用到 TRIZ(theory of inventive problem solving)创新理论进行分析与设计,给小型立体车库确认到更好的创新设计方案。.首先,我们对目前社会中比较普遍的“停车难”问题进行了调查分析,接着介绍立体车库的背景,发展之路以及对目前立体车库所存在的问题进行分析;然后为了更好地解决“停车难”问题,让各地方的车辆有更多的车位可以停放,引入 TRIZ 理论,通过因果分析,阿奇舒勒矛盾矩阵得出多种立体车库的方案,选取其中一种,即将立体车库设计成双层、运用平行四边形连接杆机构和液压缸的动力来实现通过托举上层车库完成上下层移动的新型停车库设计方案。在设计中,分析其自由度,运动轨迹,确立各个零部件的参数,再对零部件进行校核计算。最后,用 CATIA 软件对所设计的车库进行三维建模、仿真分析。关键词:TRIZ;立体车库:托举;平行四边形连接杆机构;液压缸;CATIA北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计Small garage design based on TRIZ theoryAbstractIn order to deal with the phenomenon of "parking difficulty" in today's "land and money" society, this paper will apply the theory of innovative problem solving (TRIZ) to analyze and design, and confirm a better innovative design scheme for small three-dimensional garage. .First of all, we have investigated and analyzed the common "parking difficulty" problem in the current society, then introduced the background, development path and existing problems of the three-dimensional garage; then in order to better solve the "parking difficulty" problem, so that there are more parking spaces for vehicles in various places, we introduced TRIZ theory, through causal analysis, a Qishule contradiction matrix obtains many kinds of plans of three-dimensional garage, and chooses one of them, that is, the three-dimensional garage is designed into a double-layer, using the...
