摘 要自上世纪 80 年代开始改革开放，30 多年以来，我国的经济增长可谓是世界瞩目，经济体制逐渐健全，社会不同行业在各自的领域逐渐完善，发展势头良好。加入世贸组织后经济发展更加迅速。基础设施作为固定资产投资管理重要部分，增势越来越明显。目前我国还处于发展中阶段，强化管理工程造价，充分利用项目资金，减少建设成本，达到高投资效益和高社会效益，因此，首要问题是强化项目建设的工程造价控制管理。本文的研究思路是，从我国目前工程建设领域造价管理方面的疏漏入手，进行探讨研究，以期寻找到对工程造价管理更有效、更稳健的办法。关键词 工程造价；全过程；施工阶段；造价控制 iAbstractSince the last century began in 80s 30 years since the reform and opening up, China's economic growth is one of the world's attention, the economic system gradually perfect, the different sectors of society gradually perfect in their respective fields, a good momentum of development. At present China is still in the development stage, to strengthen the management of project cost, make full use of project funds, reduce the construction cost, high investment and high social benefit, therefore, the first problem is to strengthen the management of project cost control of construction projects. This paper, from China's current construction field cost management oversight of research, in order to search for the project cost management more effective and more robust way.
